Return Policy – Not satisfied? Money-Back Guarantee

Unused products
Have you ordered products but later realised you don’t need them? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at suzanne@rosalynecosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

At Rosalyne, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to feel completely comfortable using our make-up sticks. That is why we offer a 30-day “Not satisfied? Money-Back Guarantee.”

Conditions for a refund

30-day trial period
You can try our products for up to 30 days. Not satisfied? Then you can return them without giving a reason. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs.

Shipping cost reimbursement
The original shipping costs are not refunded. This is due to our cooperation with external logistics partners. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refund request deadline
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period are no longer eligible for a refund.

Returning the products
You are responsible for returning the products and for covering the return shipping costs.

Processing of refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used. Please note that processing may take 5–7 working days.
